Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
You are entitled to a full refund on any item within 14 days of purchase, providing that the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Up to 28 days after your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or credit note. We will only refund the value of items returned and not the original delivery charge. If you want to make a return please fill out the returns form enclosed in your order and send it back to The Great Present, Holly House, Whilton, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 2NN.
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
